The Holidays are very hectic and we want to make sure that if there is an error on your item, we will still have time to ship out a replacement. They make a great last minute gift idea. They are guaranteed to make the recipient happy. And they carry a guaranteed Christmas arrival right through December 21 because we deliver these directly to your e-mail address. This is a very busy time of the year for us and we are working very hard to get as many orders out in time for the holidays as possible. It would save us so much time if you could make sure any questions you have may have already been answered on the "order information" page before contacting us. Also, at this time, we cannot guarantee a specific date that your order will be delivered. Only orders placed by the December 11th deadline will be guaranteed delivered by Christmas Day. We will, however, do our very best to get as many additional orders shipped out in time as we possibly can that are placed after that date. We will email a shipping confirmation once your order is ready to be shipped, however it may be a day or two before it is packaged and picked up.
